Common Core Websites

This is one of the two assessment consortium that are designing how the new tests will look.  States have aligned themselves with one of the two consortium, you can check this site to see if your state is one of their members.  The two consortium sites are the only sites right now that I rely upon to see sample Common Core Assessment items.  Other sites might say they have them, but these two groups are the ones that are designing the documents that testing companies will use to create the new exams.  Even though the testing will start in 3rd grade, it is essential the K-2 teachers know their students will be facing when they enter 3rd grade.

This site has some great CCSS-M resources.  From ideas for implementation to help understanding the Mathematical Practices and Content Standards.

The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics has been an excellent resource for teachers long before Common Core.  There is a ton of free resources on their website, but becoming a member has added benefits.
